Hosted LIVE at Qualcomm’s San Diego Campus & Virtually via MS Teams

2nd Annual Lifting While Climbing Summit

The modern corporate movement to embrace DEI as central elements of business success is fast becoming institutionalized across the American business landscape and beyond. And at the forefront of every historic journey are leaders with a shared vision and clear time horizons.

WHAT

We invite you to join Athena’s Annual LWC Summit for an exceptional showcase of those STEM leaders who are goal-setters and goal-getters willing to broadly share their approach to diversity and treat it the way they treat any other business problem. Historically, that's something most companies have never done in the diversity arena.

WHY

Expect this STEM EVENT of the YEAR to educate and empower through these trailblazing examples on paving the road of DEI through challenge, change, and collaboration.

As employees, investors, and customers demand values-based transparency on the way businesses treat their employees; society is looking to purpose-driven corporate leaders for the way forward.

HOW

These leaders will also share how a strong environmental, social, and governance (ESG) profile is key to a company’s financial health and corporate identity as employees, shareholders, and investors are asking for greater visibility on a wide range of non-financial metrics to assess a company’s appeal and future success.

WHO

We can’t do this alone, and collaboration is a must. Learn from those companies that are putting the pieces of the puzzle together and closing the gap between THE WALK AND THE TALK and discover:

  • How leading companies are building their DEI programs to drive ESG outcomes

  • Why ESG is becoming a priority for companies managing their talent and assessing their financial risks

  • Why a culture of purpose is key to a strong ESG profile

  • Strategies to help design, execute, and promote DEI programs while measuring impact.

The future belongs to those that can tackle this systematically, and you won’t want to miss the visionaries @ aTyr, Encore Capital, Mitchell, PWC, Qualcomm, SDG&E, and Tandem Diabetes Care.

WHEN

On October 26, our 500+ STEM community will celebrate, connect and advance our vision to become a destination for diversity.
