In honor of Women’s History Month, join us on 3/24 to learn how to take charge of your career by leading with authority. Taking risks, communicating effectively and not avoiding those difficult conversations will pay dividends as you chart your career path up through the leadership ranks.

Hear directly from tech executives making HERstory @ IBM, Avasant, and the Forbes Coach Council.  As more and more companies are prioritizing  gender equality in upper management as a retention and acquisition priority, we’ll learn from these tech leaders how they leaned into “hard conversations” and accelerated their career progression.

Our virtual lunch event includes three “lightning talks” with tech executives sharing tactics and philosophies on breaking through barriers and leading with  intention and impact.

There is a limited amount of tickets (50) for those attending in-person. There are unlimited tickets for streaming via Teams. 

All visitors must be vaccinated in order to enter the Mirati site. Guests will be required to do a temperature check and sign-in at a kiosk to verify that they are fully vaccinated. Please note, proof of vaccination is not required.
