Ambreen is the Vice President, Head of Alliance Management at Pyxis Oncology. She has forged new paths and relationships with BioPharma/Biotech partners in various therapeutics and indications, highlighting the patient story and raising awareness of the disease areas. She has successfully enabled various partner drug product launches, generated milestone/royalty revenue and expanded existing partnership agreements.

Overall, Ambreen has 20 years of biopharma/biotech and financial industry experience in multiple operating and management roles in drug development & commercialization and financial investment portfolio management.

Prior to joining Pyxis Oncology, she held several senior roles at Halozyme and Pfizer, San Diego. At Pfizer, Ambreen, built and lead the Oncology R&D Alliance Management function (post Wyeth acquisition), and held additional roles as Business Operations Manager Oncology R&D, Commercial Product Labeling Business Risk Management and Vivarium Business Operations Manager. Prior to BioPharma experience, she held multiple roles in Toronto, Canada and San Francisco in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Hedge-Fund & Portfolio Management, Equity Investment Management and Associate Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch, Raymond James Ltd., TD Waterhouse, and UBS Swiss Bank. She also co-founded 3D Navigo Technologies as a startup tech venture of a 3D rendering technology platform for online and retail clothing.

Ambreen, attained an Executive MBA in 2006 from University of Western Ontario Canada, Richard Ivey School of Business and attained a BPS (i.e., B.Sc.) in 2000 from Clarkson University, Potsdam NY. At Stanford University Graduate School of Business, she went on to attain her Strategic Innovation and Strategic Decision & Risk Management certification. During her financial career, she also achieved several securities designations in Series 7, Series 66, and Canadian Securities Course certifications. In October 2018 she also attained CA-AM (Certificate of Achievement in Alliance Management) designation from ASAP (Association of Strategic Alliances Professionals).
