Position Summary: The CRM Marketing Manager will be help drive automated digital campaign efforts supporting Consumer and Doctor acquisition, retention, and growth strategies across all DermTech products. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and working alongside external teams to build highly effective Marketing Automation campaigns in Marketo, this person will hit the ground running and be a key part of building our integrated CRM campaigns from scratch with the best people, tools, and technology at your disposal. You’ll also guide our internal teams on campaign best practices using marketing automation to achieve the maximum benefits and return on investment. You will own and champion Marketo and how to integrate the platform across our technical infrastructure to bring operational, marketing and funnel efficiencies. This position will report to the Director of Digital Marketing. Responsibilities: Drive CRM strategy and tactical execution of digital campaigns for Doctor, Telehealth and Luminate funnels with a keen eye on optimization and growth opportunities. Increase engagement by creating multi-touch campaigns, including the use of email, Paid Social campaigns, in-app messaging, landing pages, SMS, ringless voicemail, direct mail and triggered sales tasks. Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to oversee intake, scoping, capacity planning, and execution workflows for all campaigns originating in Marketo. Create program assets in collaboration with Brand Team and Creative Support. Program assets across multiple channels (either created by you, by our Creative Support, or extremal partners) to support Marketing Automation tactics. Establish and maintain data integrations/connection needs to maximize our cross-channel campaigns between Marketo, NetSuite (CRM), and 1st part/ 3rd party apps Own CRM data and ROI reporting, sharing results with the team (through dashboards and other methods) that will help drive further optimization. Continually enhance customer experiences using NetSuite and Marketo automation capabilities. Build and manage a preference center that will serve as the single source of truth for communication preferences across our CRM universe. Requirements: Be an overall good person that gets things done in a pleasant, collaborative way and likes to have fun while doing it. 3-5 years CRM experience 1-3 years of recent direct experience with Marketo strongly preferred Ability to navigate and build integrations in Marketo’s API 3+ years of expertise in NetSuite CRM usage and marketing administration Knowledge of Java, CSS and HTML for email template creation, and SQL (including join statements) Experience in managing account configurations (Configuring Roles and Business Units) Troubleshoot issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, deliverability tracking and other aspects of email execution, as required via tools like 250OK Understanding of the latest data privacy requirements including GDPR and CCPA Strong writing skills with the ability to create documentation for both business and technical stakeholders Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion Excellent attention to detail
Nice To Have: Marketo Certified Expert and Associate (will be a requirement to obtain within a year of hire date) NetSuite Certification(s)
