Women As Leaders

Almost everyone will agree there is a lack of women's leadership in this Country. Women continue to encounter challenges when it comes to advancing in the workplace - and in many facets of society. In companies, Congress, Hollywood, technology and healthcare, there are relatively few women who have made it to the top. So what is the number one thing women leaders feel is holding them back from real success? How can men empower and advocate for the superstar women who are their colleagues? How can women prepare for career success in a male-dominated world?

Join us for appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages to find out the answers to these questions and more at our Women As Leaders panel discussion, led by accomplished women executives who have run the gauntlet and risen through the ranks to achieve their own brand of success.
