Miss Representation Documentary

Miss representation explores the under-representation of women in positions of power and influence in America, and challenges the media's limited portrayal of what it means to be a powerful woman. The film interweaves stories from teenage girls with provocative interviews, to give an inside look at the media and its message. Athena will be interpreting the documentary prior to the film to answer any questions or create discussions revolving the message and purpose, as well as ways to respond. We hope to see you there!
