Women As Leaders

Thank you to everyone who participated in gathering crucial information about the workplace experiences of women in leadership by taking or passing along our Women As Leaders Survey.

It’s now more critically important than ever to deeply understand the actual issues facing leaders in the San Diego region, particularly those faced by STEM leaders who happen to be women. Your insights and experiences will pave the way for a successful exploration of this matter.

In partnership with renowned UC San Diego Sociologist Dr. Mary Blair-Loy, Athena will reveal our findings and learn ways to respond to this data on June 29 at our Women As Leaders Signature Series program, hosted by UC San Diego.
