The Life Science Affinity Group was created to support the needs of senior-level executive women in life science industries in southern California. Networking opportunities and educational programs provide opportunities for women to learn from the experiences of others by sharing challenges and successes.

Events include an annual Progressive Dinner and a popular "An Evening With..." series featuring a recognized leader in the life science industry interviewed by a moderator before a small, collegial audience. Life Science Affinity events are open to all Athena members.
